Job Description for Digital Marketing Mgr. :-
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and others to maximize ROI
- Lead and oversee SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building initiatives to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Create, monitor, and optimize ad performance with a focus on increasing conversions and reducing cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, sales) to ensure alignment with marketing goals and campaign objectives
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, generating insights for future optimization
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across PPC and SEO activities
- Oversee the implementation of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting strategies
- Mentor and lead a small team of junior digital marketing specialists
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing managerial role
- Proven expertise in PPC management (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a deep understanding of bid strategies and audience segmentation
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other digital marketing platforms
- Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI-driven campaigns
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or digital marketing will be a plus
