Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive lead generation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and experienced in managing performance budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Generate qualified real estate leads at target CPL
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
• Set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Manage and scale monthly ad budgets
• Analyze performance data and share weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and site visit conversions

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• Expertise in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
• Clear understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
• Experience in real estate lead generation preferred
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing / Business / Digital Marketing
• Google & Meta certifications preferred
• 25 years of experience in paid digital marketing
