Hiring: Digital Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Bandra – Mumbai, India

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager with strong expertise in paid media, lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused digital strategies.

Candidates with prior experience working in Healthcare Digital Marketing Agencies, Creative Agencies, or Performance Marketing environments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display, and Programmatic platforms
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance-focused digital campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics, reporting, and ROI metrics
• Collaborate with creative, content, branding, and social media teams for campaign execution
• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and client growth objectives
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and performance strategies

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and campaign scaling
• Prior experience in Healthcare Digital Marketing or Creative Agencies preferred
• Strong understanding of analytics, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and lead generation
• Experience managing high-budget multi-platform campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and campaign management skills
