Core Responsibilities:

  1. Develop digital marketing strategies, plans and budgets in alignment to the growth goals of the company
  2. Design and oversee all aspects of performance marketing and lead nurturing: Digital Advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Quora), Email, SMS, Whatsapp
  3. Manage the budget to ensure positive ROAS and MoM growth as per plans
  4. Manage and develop the assigned team of associates and managers in the function
  5. Collaborate with content, design and business teams to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns and marketing ideas
  6. Learn, share and apply the latest trends, tools, techniques to continuously improve efforts and outcomes

Qualities desired:

  1. Qualifications:
  2. MBA/Master's in Mass Communication or Advertising
  3. Certifications in Google, Meta and LinkedIn Marketing
  4. Bachelors in Engineering/Maths

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. Variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and operations research
  2. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2C domain
  3. Sound knowledge of various marketing and social media platform
  4. Proficient in using marketing tools like WordPress, Unbounce, Zapier
  5. Familiar with basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  6. Cross-functional skills of working with Creative, Data and Tech Teams
  7. Good written communication skills
