Manager-Digital Marketing – Remote (US Process)

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support marketing measurement and analytics

for a US-based digital media client. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing analyst who enjoys working with marketing data, building dashboards, and generating insights that influence business decisions. You will work closely with international marketing teams and gain exposure to advanced marketing analytics practices and modern marketing technology platforms. This is a high-ownership role where you will play a key part in improving marketing measurement and analytics capabilities.

What You'll Work On

Marketing Performance Analytics

Analyze marketing campaigns across channels

Track and report marketing KPIs

Identify trends and performance opportunities

Provide actionable insights to marketing teams

Support marketing ROI analysis

Analytics & Tracking Implementation

Manage and improve tracking using Google Analytics (GA4)

Implement and maintain tags using Google Tag Manager

Improve event tracking and conversion measurement

Troubleshoot tracking issues

Ensure data accuracy and consistency

Dashboarding & Reporting

Build dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools

Automate regular reporting

Support stakeholder reporting needs

Improve reporting frameworks over time

Email & Customer Analytics

Analyze email marketing performance (Mailchimp or similar)

Track engagement and conversion metrics

Support audience and funnel analysis

Tools You'll Use

Google Analytics (GA4)

Google Tag Manager

Looker Studio or similar BI tools

Mailchimp or similar email platforms

You may also work with specialized media analytics platforms such as Piano, BlueConic, and

Parsely. Prior experience with these tools is not required and training will be provided.

Required Experience

4–8 years experience in Marketing Analytics or Digital Analytics

Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4)

Experience with Google Tag Manager

Experience analyzing marketing performance

Experience building dashboards and reports

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Experience working with marketing teams

Strong analytical thinking

Good communication skills

B2B marketing experience

Email marketing analytics experience

Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau experience

Basic SQL knowledge

Marketing attribution experience

Funnel analysis experience
