Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with deep expertise in both SEO and PPC to drive performance-led growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across organic and paid channels. This role demands strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and excellent communication skills to manage overseas clients, particularly from the North American (US) market.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities (SEO + PPC Focus):

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Lead end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for improved rankings.
  • Drive content strategy aligned with SEO goals (blogs, landing pages, pillar content).
  • Manage off-page SEO including high-quality backlink building and outreach campaigns.
  • Perform technical audits (site speed, crawl ability, indexing, schema, mobile optimization).
  • Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and engagement metrics; implement continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and implement necessary changes.

PPC (Performance Marketing)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Create high-performing ad copies and oversee creative testing (A/B testing).
  • Track and optimize key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Quality Score.
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other tracking tools.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
  • Manage and scale high-budget campaigns to maximize ROI.

Integrated Marketing & Analytics

  • Align SEO and PPC strategies to maximize overall digital performance and lead generation.
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates (CRO).
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and ad platforms.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for campaign execution.

Client Management (US / North America)

  • Handle direct communication with overseas clients (primarily US-based).
  • Understand client goals, KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Present strategies, campaign performance, and optimization plans.
  • Participate in regular client calls, reviews, and strategic discussions.

Key Skills

Required Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong hands-on exposure to SEO & PPC
  • Proven track record of improving organic rankings and scaling paid campaigns
  • Experience working with international clients, preferably North American markets
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification / SEO Certifications
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
  • Agency experience is highly preferred
