Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead and execute performance-driven
marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth in the Saudi
market.
This role goes beyond campaign execution—it requires a strong understanding of the Saudi digital
ecosystem, platform dynamics, and audience behavior, along with the ability to build and scale
ROI-focused marketing funnels.
You will work closely with leadership, creative, and admissions teams to drive predictable and
scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
Drive consistent, high-quality lead generation
Manage budgets effectively with a focus on ROI and efficiency
2. Saudi Digital Ecosystem Expertise
Leverage deep understanding of the Saudi digital landscape to:
- Identify high-performing platforms and channels
- Understand regional content consumption behavior
- Align campaigns with cultural and market nuances
Utilize platform-specific strategies for:
- TikTok (short-form engagement & discovery)
- Snapchat (youth engagement & local relevance)
- Instagram (brand + performance hybrid)
3. Funnel Strategy & Conversion Optimization
Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels
Improve:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Cost efficiency
Work closely on:
- Landing pages
- Creatives
- Admission team feedback loops
Implement retargeting and lead nurturing strategies
4. Data, Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze key metrics:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion rates
- ROI / ROAS
- Funnel drop-offs
Maintain performance dashboards
Provide weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations
Continuously optimize campaigns based on data
5. Creative & Content Alignment
Collaborate with Creative Head and design team to:
- Develop high-performing ad creatives
- Test multiple creative variations (A/B testing)
Align messaging with brand positioning and campaign objectives
6. Experimentation & Scaling
Continuously test:
- New platforms
- New audience segments
- New creative formats
Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing (4–7 years preferred)
Mandatory experience in Saudi / GCC digital marketing space
Strong track record in:
- Lead generation
- Funnel optimization
- ROI-driven campaigns
Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Snapchat Ads
Strong understanding of:
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Conversion optimization
- Multi-platform campaign strategy
