Job Description

Roles & Responsibility Summary

Lead and execute end-to-end digital growth strategy across website, SEO/AEO/GEO, conversion funnels, event marketing, brand authority, and lifecycle marketing. Own marketing performance aligned to consulting and training revenue goals.

Core Responsibilities

Digital Growth & Website

  • Own end-to-end website strategy including UX, responsiveness, technical SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Design multi-stage sales funnels for consulting, enterprise AI, and training offerings.
  • Optimize landing pages for lead conversion and pipeline acceleration.

Search & AI Visibility

  • Drive SEO strategy including technical audits, content clustering, and authority building.
  • Implement AEO and GEO practices to enhance discoverability in AI-driven search environments.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic growth, and engagement metrics.

Lifecycle & Email Marketing

  • Build and manage automated email workflows.
  • Design and execute newsletter strategy.
  • Drive nurture campaigns aligned to the sales pipeline.

Event & Campaign Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for global events, partnerships, and product launches.
  • Create event landing pages and post-event follow-up journeys.
  • Amplify awards, certifications, and strategic announcements.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and report marketing KPIs including traffic, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and ROI.
  • Build monthly performance dashboards for leadership.

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Lead internal marketing team members.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors.
  • Set clear KPIs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B and preferably enterprise consulting or tech.
  • Demonstrated success in SEO-led growth and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud, or technology ecosystem preferred.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
