Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Drive B2B lead generation through SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media campaigns
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and other performance platforms
  • Lead SEO initiatives including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
  • Plan and monitor performance marketing campaigns with clear ROI tracking
  • Manage social media marketing strategy and brand positioning across channels
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights
  • Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and funnel performance
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with revenue targets
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and external vendors/agencies if any

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably IT / software services)
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Search Console, Analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience running email marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing and paid promotions
  • Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience working in IT services / software / tech product companies
  • Demonstrated success in scaling digital lead pipelines
  • Strong team handling and stakeholder communication skills
