We are building a strong in-house digital ecosystem and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can build, execute, and scale digital growth from scratch.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Distribution Expert) will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing, distribution, and growth across all online channels. This is a hands-on leadership role req uiring proven experience in in-house product or service marketing, performance-driven growth, and building scalable digital systems.You will own strategy, execution, analytics, and optimisation while working closely with admissions, sales, partnerships, technology, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build and scale acquisition funnels from scratch (awareness lead conversion retention).
  • Plan, launch, and optimise integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
2. Performance Marketing
  • Own paid marketing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimise CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
  • Drive organic traffic growth through SEO, content distribution, and website optimisation.
  • Oversee keyword strategy, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical SEO coordination.
  • Improve website engagement, lead conversion, and user journeys.

4. Content Strategy & Brand Building

  • Define and execute content strategy across website, blogs, social media, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to create high-performing, brand-consistent content.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and digital storytelling across all platforms.

5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and strategic digital partners.
  • Execute influencer-led campaigns to drive reach, trust, and qualified leads.
  • Track performance and ROI of influencer and partnership initiatives.

6. Social Media Management

  • Own strategy, planning, and execution across social media platforms.
  • Drive follower growth, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across channels.
7. Marketing Automation & CRM
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM systems.
  • Improve lead quality, response times, and conversion through automation.
8. Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing
  • Plan and execute lifecycle communication via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Design drip campaigns, broadcast messaging, and re-engagement workflows.
  • Track open rates, CTRs, conversions, and attribution impact.
9. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyse performance across all channels and campaigns.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Admissions, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Tech teams.
  • Align marketing efforts with revenue, partnerships, and operational goals.
  • Support new product/service launches and market expansions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Performance Marketing: Lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates
  • Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Funnel efficiency and digital revenue contribution
  • Organic traffic growth and SEO performance
  • Campaign ROI and channel-level performance
  • Brand engagement and social growth metrics

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have:
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an in-house role.
  • Proven experience in building digital marketing and distribution from scratch.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, growth funnels, and analytics.
  • Experience marketing products or services, not just brand campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels, teams, and vendors.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong execution skills.
