CHR Properties is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing campaigns and generate qualified property enquiries, site visits, and bookings.

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Salary: 5–7.5 LPA Fixed CTC + Performance-Based Incentives

Experience: 3–6 Years

Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office

Monthly Ad Budget: Approximately 4 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for premium apartments, gated communities, and luxury villas.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track CPL, qualified leads, site visits, bookings, and marketing ROI.
• Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign performance.
• Manage analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing, and performance reports.
• Develop data-driven strategies to increase property enquiries and bookings.

Who Should Apply

• 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Mandatory experience in real estate marketing or property lead generation.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and improving lead quality.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRM workflows, and conversion tracking.
• Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
