About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the QSR/F&B industry and a strong background in digital marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end app P&L, focusing on key metrics such as Monthly Active Users, transactions, repeat rates, and overall profitability. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing both segment-led and mass marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement, frequency, and retention.
The candidate will lead performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels including Meta, Google, and affiliate networks. They will focus on enhancing app installs, activations, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend. Additionally, the role involves building and managing comprehensive CRM journeys across push notifications, email, and WhatsApp, employing cohort-based analytics to develop effective win-back strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence in the competitive F&B landscape.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing within the QSR or F&B industry, with a proven track record of managing app-based marketing campaigns and P&L responsibilities. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, and experience with performance marketing platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and affiliate networks are essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities are also required to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive app growth, user engagement, and revenue.
- Manage end-to-end app P&L, focusing on metrics such as MAU, transactions, and profitability.
- Design, test, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, paid search, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead performance marketing efforts on platforms like Meta, Google, and affiliate networks to improve installs, activations, CPA, and ROAS.
- Build and refine full-funnel CRM journeys utilizing push notifications, email, and WhatsApp to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Implement cohort-based analytics to develop effective win-back and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
