Job Summary:
Chandigarh University is seeking a strategic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. The role involves driving brand visibility, student acquisition, lead generation, and engagement through multi-channel digital campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
- Lead campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and paid media.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns to drive admissions and enrollment targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content, design, admissions, and IT teams for integrated marketing efforts.
- Oversee website performance, user engagement, and digital brand consistency.
- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (education sector experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and achieving measurable growth.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
