Exceptional Ad Agency is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping eCommerce brands scale through paid advertising, high-converting creatives, CRO strategies, and data-driven growth systems.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager cum Assistant Operations Manager who can lead performance campaigns while ensuring smooth internal operations and client satisfaction.

Strategic Performance Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and oversee performance marketing strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Drive revenue growth and optimize ROAS, CAC, CPL, and profitability metrics.
  • Approve campaign structures, budget allocation, and scaling strategies.
  • Lead advanced CRO initiatives, funnel optimization, and landing page performance improvements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking infrastructure (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM).

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor performance marketers, media buyers, designers, and content teams.
  • Establish performance KPIs for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic planning meetings.
  • Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and data-driven decision-making.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily agency operations and workflow systems.
  • Improve SOPs, reporting systems, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between marketing, creative, and client servicing teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable systems.

Business & Revenue Contribution

  • Support agency revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Assist leadership in forecasting, planning, and business expansion initiatives.
  • Contribute to hiring decisions and team structure planning.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for eCommerce brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Advanced understanding of CRO, funnel strategy, and creative testing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
