Job Title: Marketing Manager (Digital Marketing & Website)

Job Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing, SEO, and local search optimization. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue. The ideal candidate is data-savvy, hands-on, and up to date with the latest digital trendsespecially Google My Business (GMB), SEO, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, social media)
SEO & Local SEO
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
- Optimize website content and structure for search visibility and conversions
- Manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles, including listings, reviews, posts, and local rankings
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance
Google My Business (GMB) & Local Presence
- Ensure accurate and consistent local listings across platforms
- Drive local engagement through reviews, Q&A, posts, and photos
- Implement strategies to improve local search rankings and foot traffic/leads
Paid & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor budgets, ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests to continuously improve performance
Content & Campaign Management
- Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to produce high-performing digital content
- Oversee campaign calendars, launches, and performance reporting
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Prepare regular reports for leadership with clear KPIs and recommendations
Team & Vendor Management
- Manage internal marketers or external agencies (SEO, PPC, content)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 30,000 35,000 per month

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 36+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO, GMB, and local SEO
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, GMB, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Experience managing paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics sale
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
- Familiarity with CRO, UX, and website optimization
- Google Ads or Analytics certifications
