Job Description
SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, and URLs for SEO.
- Perform regular SEO audits and implement recommendations to ensure the website is SEO friendly.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Implement and track content marketing strategies to improve user engagement and retention.
- Ensure that all content aligns with SEO goals and supports the overall digital marketing strategy.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and report on website performance.
- Analyze traffic data, conversion rates, and other KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
PPC and Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc) for optimal ROI.
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
- Monitor and analyze paid campaign performance to maximize results.
Social Media and Email Marketing:
- Manage social media campaigns and ensure they are aligned with SEO and digital marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the email marketing team to create SEO-focused email campaigns.
- Track the performance of social media and email marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies and programs to drive pipeline growth and customer retention for key accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics).
- Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
