Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Support the team in creating, scheduling, and publishing posts while ensuring brand consistency
- Write basic social media captions and content aligned with campaign objectives
- Assist in monitoring and tracking paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms
- Help track key marketing metrics such as leads, cost-per-lead (CPL), and campaign performance
- Coordinate with the team for influencer collaborations, video shoots, and content planning
- Conduct basic keyword research and support the SEO team with website optimization tasks
- Assist in preparing monthly marketing reports using tools such as Google Sheets and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with the content, design, and strategy teams during campaign execution
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, paid ads, and SEO
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Sheets
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Interest in healthcare, education, or impact-driven sectors is a plus
- Completion of a digital marketing course will be an added advantage
