Digital Marketing Team Lead-Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Lead to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities, including team coordination, content strategy, lead generation support, and performance tracking to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, video editors, social media executives, and interns
- Assign tasks, set timelines, and ensure quality delivery Review and approve creatives and content before publishing
- Mentor and guide team members for continuous improvement
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, email marketing, and social media
- Manage marketing pipelines, track lead conversions, and prepare performance reports Collaborate with the sales team for lead nurturing and follow-ups
Content & Branding
- Assist in content creation: blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media content
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and communication touchpoints
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with company values
Social Media & Online Presence
- Manage and maintain social media presence across platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars and engagement strategies
Website & SEO Coordination
- Coordinate with freelancers/developers for website updates and maintenance
- Support SEO activities including on-page optimization and content alignment
Research & Strategy Support
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Support the Marketing Director/Manager in executing strategic initiatives
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest growth opportunities
Performance Tracking
- Track key marketing metrics such as lead generation, engagement, and conversions
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (excluding paid ads)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media
- Team management and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven thinking
- Good communication and organizational skills
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Prior experience in handling a small team or leading projects is preferred
