Role Overview
The City Marketing Head will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for premium and luxury residential projects in Bangalore, with a core focus on content-driven demand generation and experience-led buyer journeys that drive high-quality site visits and conversions.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing execution. The candidate will be responsible for crafting the narrative of the product, building a high-intent audience, and designing digital-to-physical user experiences that convert interest into site visits and bookings.
The role requires deep expertise in content strategy, digital performance marketing, user journey design, and luxury brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation for Premium and Luxury Projects
Develop and execute the city-level marketing strategy for luxury residential developments.
Drive high-intent lead generation and site visit funnels through digital and offline channels.
Optimize campaigns to improve visit-to-lead and booking-to-visit ratios.
2. Content-Led Marketing Strategy
Own the content narrative for the Bangalore market across digital platforms.
Build storytelling around: Architecture, Lifestyle, Sustainability, Location value and Community experience
Lead production of: High-end video content, Project films, Social media storytelling, Influencer collaborations and Editorial and long-form content.
Focus: creating desire, not just awareness.
3. User Experience & Buyer Journey Design
Design the digital-to-site visit journey for prospective buyers.
Optimize every touch point including: Landing pages, Lead capture flows, CRM follow-ups, Virtual tours, Pre-visit engagement and On-site experience.
Goal: turn digital interest into a premium sales experience.
4. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Manage digital marketing across: Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic and Real estate portals.
Track and optimize key metrics: Cost per site visit, Visit-to-booking conversion.
Use data insights to continuously improve campaigns and audience targeting.
5. Brand & Market Positioning
Position projects strongly within the Bangalore luxury residential ecosystem.
Track competitor launches, pricing, and positioning.
Ensure marketing communication reflects luxury brand values and premium perception.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with: Sales teams, Product development teams, Design agencies, Digital marketing partners.Ensure marketing communication is aligned with product features, buyer profiles, and sales strategies.
Experience
5 years of experience in marketing.
Strong exposure to digital marketing and content-led brand building.
