Job Description

We are looking for an SEO specialist with experience in B2B marketing. You'll be responsible for our organic growth, programmatic SEO projects, AEO, and own our website's technical SEO optimisations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on growing organic and AEO traffic for our B2B website.
  • Implement programmatic SEO techniques to scale and enhance search engine visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research for our target market - eCommerce, retail, and agencies to drive the SEO strategy for top-level and sub-themes, focused on intent, volume, difficulty and other metrics.
  • Provide strategic inputs to the content team for keyword-mapped topics, themes, pillar content, and formats and create trackers to review organic content performance.
  • Manage on-page and technical SEO, and should be proficient in working with the CMS (Wordpress).
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute creative SEO hacks and strategies that differentiate our brand in the market.
  • Drive and manage SEO performance for all content real-estates from the main website, blog, template library, academy, and other micro-sites.
  • Be proficient with SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar software.
  • Create and manage timelines, perform technical website audits, review on-page visits, and site architecture reviews to ensure peak performance and speed optimisation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant SEO experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Proven expertise in building organic traffic and website authority with an understanding of AI search optimisation, SEO tools and strategies.
  • Must have a strong hold over off-page SEO techniques and lead ranking of pages for targeted keywords.
  • Deep understanding of working with Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
  • Expertise in modern SEO playbooks and the impact of content marketing on marketing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in growth hacking techniques and tools for maximising SEO impact.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of seeing the bigger picture and setting priorities accordingly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment.
