Role Overview
We're looking for a Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, communication, and execution across all customer touchpoints. This role will own brand positioning, campaigns, and storytelling, while working closely with category, product, & retail teams to bring the brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Brand Strategy: Define and execute brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice aligned with business goals, guardian
- Drive Campaigns & Communication: Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels
- Lead Content & Storytelling: Work with creative teams and agencies to develop high-impact communication for customers and internal stakeholders
- Consumer Insights & Research: Leverage primary market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine brand strategy
- Category-Level Marketing: Partner closely with category teams to translate product features, assortments, and launches into strong, customer-centric narratives
- Retail Branding Execution: Own in-store branding, visual communication, and experience across retail formats to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence
- Ensure Consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand experience across website, stores, social media, and customer communication
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with finance, category, procurement, retail, and external partners (vendors, agencies) to drive seamless execution
- Manage Execution: Drive end-to-end planning and execution of launches, exhibitions, and brand initiatives
- Brand Health Tracking: Manage regular reporting to track brand health, understand the voice of the customer, and drive actions to improve key metrics
- Own Budget & Agencies: Manage brand spends and work closely with external partners to ensure quality and timelines
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior
- Experience managing campaigns, retail branding, and working with agencies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer insights and market research
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
