As we scale our operations and expand into new markets, we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who understands B2B SaaS marketing and can drive measurable results through SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Marketing (40%)
- Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic rankings for high-value keywords in travel technology, hotel APIs, and B2B SaaS sectors
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Implement technical SEO including site audits, schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness
- Create and optimize content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, API documentation, and landing pages
- Build and execute link-building strategies through guest posting, digital PR, and industry partnerships
- Monitor and report on SEO performance including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Optimize for voice search and featured snippets to capture emerging search trends.
Paid Advertising(30%)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B platforms
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve target CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Create and manage retargeting campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Develop industry-specific campaigns for events like WTM London, Phocuswright, ITB Berlin, and other travel tech conferences
- Implement conversion tracking and attribution modeling to measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with business objectives
- Monitor competitor ad strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly
Analytics & Performance Marketing (20%)
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Create comprehensive performance dashboards using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer journey to identify optimization opportunities
- Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for management
- Track key metrics including organic traffic, paid traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, CAC, and LTV
- Conduct marketing attribution analysis to understand multi-touch customer journeys
- Implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms
Social Media & Community Marketing (10%)
- Manage B2B social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific platforms
- Create thought leadership content positioning ZentrumHub as an industry authority
- Engage with travel tech communities on Reddit, LinkedIn groups, and industry forums
- Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and journalists
- Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation
- Participate in relevant discussions on Quora, Product Hunt, and Stack Overflow (for technical audiences)
Experience
3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a focus on SEO and paid advertising
Mandatory: 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with demonstrated results
Preferred: Experience in travel technology, hospitality tech, or API-driven platforms
Proven track record of growing organic traffic by 50%+ and managing paid ad budgets of 5 Lakh+ per month
Experience with lead generation campaigns that resulted in qualified B2B leads and pipeline growth
Portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable KPIs and ROI
