Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and execute digital strategy (Social, Email, ORM etc)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Create monthly/weekly reports for management
- Social media
- Responsible for managing and expanding social media management and marketing strategies (focusing on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Coordinate with content writer to manage and oversee social media content
- Measure and report performance of social media activities and assess against goals
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- SEO
- Reviewing and analysing websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Evaluate important metrics to increase our website traffic, search words/keywords, and target audience
- Knowledge of technical aspects of search engines, crawling, indexing and search algorithms would be an added advantage
- Conduct keyword research and create and refine lists of targeted search terms
- Complete technical and on page audit on regular basis
- Developing link building strategies
- Content recommendations, keyword research for all content activities
- Knowledge and experience of working with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Email marketing
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns effectively
- Should be aware of the best practices of email marketing
- ORM
- Interact with comments on social media
- Manage third party business reviews/rating platform
