Designation : Digital Marketing Specialist (Website Designing & Social Media Handling)

Experience : 1 2 years

Salary : Between 15,000/- to 30,000/-

Location : MG Road Camp, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

Design and maintain responsive websites optimized for desktop and mobile devices.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize user experience (UX) and interface (UI).

Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align design with brand identity.

Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and compatible across browsers.

Regularly update website content and troubleshoot performance issues.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Design engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia content tailored to each platform.

Monitor analytics to assess performance and optimize campaigns.

Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community.

Stay updated on trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Skills

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Strong grasp of social media algorithms, trends, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite).

Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
