We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the hospital or healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase patient engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage hospital website updates, landing pages, and ensure SEO optimization.
- Handle Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid campaigns.
- Generate and track patient leads through digital platforms.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for healthcare content creation.
- Create and manage WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor online reputation and manage reviews on Google and healthcare platforms.
- Track performance metrics using Google Analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors if required.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience in healthcare / hospital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and healthcare compliance guidelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Digital marketing certification preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare marketing.
- Understanding of patient acquisition strategies.
- Creative mindset with analytical thinking ability.
