Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support our LinkedIn growth strategy and social media operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel and data analysis skills who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, while gaining hands-on experience from industry specialists and senior marketing professionals.
You will play a key role in executing our ambitious LinkedIn growth plan, which includes ambassador program management, content strategy, community engagement, and performance tracking. This position requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Learning Objectives & Core Responsibilities
- Execute LinkedIn growth strategy including ambassador program, polls, community tagging, and strategic commenting
- Identify and recruit brand ambassadors through outreach and relationship building
- Create and schedule LinkedIn polls to drive engagement
- Research and coordinate weekly Tag & Feature posts spotlighting procurement professionals
- Implement strategic commenting on viral procurement content daily
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, profile views)
- Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards using Excel and other data analysis tools
- Support supplier performance tracking, pricing analysis, and contract data review
- Clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and analytics teams on ongoing projects
- Conduct research-related activities on industry-standard procurement/Pharma trends and best practices
- Design and create professional PowerPoint presentations for weekly updates, monthly strategy reviews, and client presentations
- Create visual content and graphics for LinkedIn posts, polls, and Tag & Feature initiatives
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and summarizing market, role, and skills-related insights for internal teams and clients
Qualifications and Knowledge
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and ability to draw insights from metrics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and understanding of B2B social media dynamics
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Strong written communication skills for professional outreach and community engagement
