Digital Marketing Executive (23 Years Experience)

Location: Mohali

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and manage different aspects of our digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 23 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Management:
  • Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve website visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics.
  • Google Ads & PPC:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Track performance, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Track open rates, CTRs, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage company and client social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan monthly content calendars, create engaging posts, and track performance metrics.
  • Content Writing & Management:
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure SEO-aligned, engaging, and brand-consistent content across platforms.
  • Oversee or write ( if needed) blogs, landing pages, and promotional content quality.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor key KPIs across channels and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Good Communication skills in English.
  • 23 years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics), and social media management platforms.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and email automation tools (like Mailchimp or HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools for creatives.
