Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics, and campaign optimization.

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, Email, etc.).

  • Develop data-driven strategies to achieve lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness goals.

  • Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.


2. Performance Marketing

  • Manage PPC campaigns, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.

  • Monitor bidding strategies, create A/B tests, and optimize ads continuously.

  • Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.


3. SEO & SEM

  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve rankings and organic traffic.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

  • Oversee SEM campaigns and optimize for performance.


4. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

  • Create engaging content calendars, monitor trends, and improve brand visibility.

  • Track engagement metrics and community interactions.


5. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and video teams to produce high-quality content (ads, landing pages, blogs, videos, creatives).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.


6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards to track performance.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements based on data analysis.


7. Website & Landing Page Optimization

  • Coordinate website updates, UX enhancements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Work with development teams to implement tracking, performance improvements, and user flow enhancements.


8. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior team members and support cross-departmental projects.

  • Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and social media strategy.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, CRM tools, and ad platforms.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
