Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, optimizing performance, and increasing brand visibility and lead generation. You should be passionate about digital technologies and using data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms for maximum ROI.
  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Perform On-Page and Off-Page SEO to boost website visibility and improve search rankings.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual content for digital campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Actively engage with industry-related posts by commenting and interacting to generate quality leads and improve brand reach.
  • Utilize AI-driven marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and data analysis to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, algorithms, and tools to maintain a competitive marketing approach.

Must have Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO basics (on-page/off-page) and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

  • The person should be flexible to attend client calls after work hours from home (Hours will be adjusted by the management accordingly).

Experience:
  • 0 to 2 years Experience

Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field , or Certificate from known Institute/University

Working Hours:
  • 11 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday
