Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our social media presence, design high-quality posts in Canva, and run paid marketing campaigns for lead generation and growth.
Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, designing posts and ad creatives using Canva, and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytics, with a strong focus on generating leads and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management
- Plan, manage, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Others
- Create monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with our brand tone
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms
Canva Design & Creative Production
- Design professional social media posts, banners, and ad creatives using Canva
- Create multiple variations of creatives for A/B testing
- Work on brand-aligned templates, layouts, and campaign visuals
- (Bonus) Create short videos/reels using Canva
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Manage performance marketing campaigns for lead generation and retargeting
- Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Track key performance metrics like CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, Leads, Conversions
- Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
- Share weekly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions
- Continuously improve campaign results through testing and optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Canva & Designing Creativity (post design + ad creatives)
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) including lead generation campaigns
- Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze ad data and improve results based on insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads (optional)
- Experience in B2B marketing, insurance, or service-based industries
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience using scheduling social media posts
