Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Bhandup. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating web content, and analyzing web traffic data. Day-to-day tasks include crafting engaging social media posts, optimizing content for search engines, and monitoring marketing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns primarily focusing on SEO and social media platforms. Your goal will be to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement by leveraging the latest digital tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO performance reporting to enhance organic search visibility.
• Manage and optimize company social media profiles and website content with a focus on insurance industry relevance.
• Develop and maintain a social media calendar; coordinate with the design team for creative content production.
• Plan and run effective lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and external vendors to deliver cohesive digital strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, SEO techniques, and digital marketing tools.
• Provide basic design inputs to creatives ensuring brand consistency and compelling visuals.
• Utilize tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ubersuggest, Google My Business, and Search Console for campaign management and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management and SEO.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ubersuggest, and Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a definite advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:

Rs. 25,000/- onwards (CTC per month), package can be increased as per candidate's skillset and ability
