Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Chandigarh, on-site role, 6-days a week

Department: Digital Marketing

Open Positions: 3

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Compensation: minimum 25% hike on the existing salary

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO, website management, analytics tracking, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, website optimization, content promotion, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Management

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
  • Regularly update website content, landing pages, blogs, and product pages.
  • Monitor website health, page performance, and user experience metrics.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers for website enhancements and optimization.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Set up, monitor, and maintain tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
  • Track website traffic, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.
  • Generate periodic reports and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor key digital marketing KPIs and identify growth opportunities.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
  • Support the execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with content and creative teams for marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Support SEM and paid marketing initiatives when required.
  • Assist in executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Good understanding of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page), SEM Fundamentals, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Website Optimization, Content Marketing, and Digital Marketing Strategy.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates with experience in roles such as:

  • SEO Executive
  • Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Marketing Coordinator
  • Digital Marketing Associate
  • SEO Analyst

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from high-growth D2C, Consumer Goods, FMCG, Personal Care, Wellness, Healthcare, Lifestyle, E-commerce, and Consumer Brands will be preferred.
