About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional with strong expertise in digital campaigns, media planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for multiple brands, driving measurable business outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Search, Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic.
- Manage media planning, budgeting, campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting to achieve client objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, website traffic, engagement, and conversion goals through data-driven strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with creative, content, strategy, and client servicing teams to develop effective campaign solutions.
- Implement and manage tracking mechanisms including pixels, tags, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
- Prepare campaign reports, performance dashboards, and client presentations with clear recommendations.
- Monitor emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Media Planning, or a related role within an advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other paid media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with campaign optimization, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric agency environment.
