Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role demands a digitally fluent professional who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that support our event portfolio from brand visibility to lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Manage performance marketing funnels with a focus on CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement.
- Optimize ads based on A/B testing, re-targeting strategies, and platform-specific performance data.
Website & SEO Coordination
- Manage content updates and performance of event websites and landing pages.
- Ensure websites are SEO-optimized using on-page/off-page best practices, keyword research, and analytics.
- Collaborate with design and tech teams for site speed, UX, and structure improvements.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns using tools like Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- Segment audiences for pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication
- Track performance and implement improvements in open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
Social Media & Engagement
- Support the social media team with paid boosting and performance insights.
- Monitor engagement KPIs and align content with digital goals.
- Help repurpose high-performing posts into ads and conversion assets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver weekly and post-campaign reports with insights from Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,
LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain monthly dashboards for performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 24 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles (agency or in-house).
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest).
- Strong grasp of email campaign platforms and analytics dashboards.
- Experience working on event or campaign-driven marketing is preferred.
- Creative mindset with analytical precision.
