Key Responsibilities
- Overall Strategy:Own the digital marketing strategy, aligning all efforts with revenue and centre footfall targets.
- Lead Generation:Qualify and transition all inbound Corporate/Birthday leads seamlessly to the Business Development Team.
- Campaign Management:Conceptualize, plan, and execute all digital marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Performance Ads:Hands-on optimization of Meta Ads and Display campaigns to maximize ROI and CPL efficiency.
- Agency Liaison:Serve as the primary contact for external agencies, managing deliverables and brand consistency.
- Social & Influence:Drive engagement across social platforms and manage the Influencer Marketing program.
- Analytics & Reporting:Produce rigorous weekly reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Brand Quality:Maintain high content quality across all materials, including basic editing and proofreading.
What We Offer
Requirement
Minimum2+ yearsin a Digital Marketing/Growth Management role.
Bachelor's degree (Marketing/related field).
Proven Record of running Meta Ads platform along with Google Ads.
