About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative
Social Media Executive to manage our brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will be responsible for content scheduling, community management, running email/WhatsApp campaigns, and tracking performance across channels — while leveraging automation tools to streamline workflows and improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube using tools like Buffer
- Manage day-to-day community engagement — respond to comments and DMs in a timely, brand-appropriate tone
- Research trending hashtags, formats, and content trends to keep the brand's social presence current and competitive
- Design and manage WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns (via Mailchimp/Brevo, ManyChat, etc.)
- Set up and maintain automation workflows using tools like ManyChat, Pabbly, or Zapier to streamline lead capture, follow-ups, and campaign triggers
- Track and report on social media and campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards/trackers in Google Sheets
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, ads, and email/WhatsApp campaigns
- Design quick creatives and templates using Canva
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to speed up content ideation, copywriting, and research
- Collaborate with design/content teams to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry best practices
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Proficiency with Buffer or similar scheduling tools
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing and email marketing campaigns
- Strong grasp of social media analytics and reporting
- Ability to conduct hashtag and trend research
- Experience in community management (comments, DMs, customer queries)
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as ManyChat, Pabbly, or Zapier
