We are looking for an energetic, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food/QSR industry and be passionate about building brand presence across digital platforms while driving online sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, etc.) campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) for lead generation, engagement, and sales.
- Handle and regularly update the company's website, ensuring SEO best practices, product updates, offers, and blogs are maintained.
- Manage and grow the company's YouTube and LinkedIn presence through content planning, publishing, and performance tracking.
- Manage and optimize online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, including menu updates, promotions, campaigns, visibility, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, including menu updates, pricing, promotional offers, and backend operations.
- Design creatives, social media posts, banners, and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing performance reports, including campaign insights, website analytics, ad performance, SEO progress, and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of all digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Food, QSR, Restaurant, Café, or Hospitality industry.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience handling Swiggy, Zomato, and other food delivery platforms.
- Experience managing POS systems and coordinating digital menu updates.
- Knowledge of website management using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify is preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience managing YouTube and LinkedIn business pages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and present performance reports.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
