Position : Digital Marketing Executive

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 3 years

Work mode : Work from office

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.)
  • Manage and grow the company's online presence through paid and organic strategies
  • Acampaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and marketing automation platforms
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign performance
  • Create and manage content strategies for blogs, email newsletters, and social platforms
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver compelling digital experiences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ROI, and other success metrics
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Build, update, and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience. Collaborate with designers and developers for technical enhancements.
  • Create, manage, and grow brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Develop content calendars, coordinate creative assets, and engage with online communities.
  • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram. Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and drive measurable ROI.
  • Design and execute targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. Segment audiences, manage contact lists, and analyse open/click rates for continuous improvement.
  • Implement SEO best practices and monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools. Provide reports and insights to guide strategy.
  • Work with content creators and designers to produce engaging blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness, generate regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Web Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Campaigns, and Email Marketing.
