About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing and online advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lower CAC, higher conversions, and improved quality of leads.

Set up A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and placements.

Prepare ad copies, creatives, and audience segmentation strategies.

2. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations.

Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, impressions, and conversions.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

3. Social Media & Content Support

Coordinate with the content team for creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.

Assist in planning social media calendars and growth strategies.

Drive engagement campaigns when needed.

4. Website & Landing Page Management

Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions (CTA placement, content, UX).

Work with developers/designers to implement improvements.

Track performance using Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps.

5. Marketing Automation & Lead Management

Integrate ads with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Ensure lead quality checks, nurturing workflows, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with sales teams to improve the lead-to-sale conversion journey.

6. Brand & Market Research

Analyze competitor ads, market trends, and audience behavior.

Suggest new ad formats, platforms, and strategies for growth.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Ability to handle performance marketing budgets efficiently.

Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion setup.

Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, and content marketing.

Experience in handling ad creatives (coordination with designer or using Canva).

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Good to Have

Experience running ads for e-commerce, D2C, or service-based businesses.

Knowledge of remarketing funnels and lookalike audiences.

Experience working with automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, WebEngage, etc.).

Ability to write persuasive ad copy.
