Hearing Solutions is looking for a driven SEO and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. If you're a hands-on digital marketer with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and analytics, we want you to drive our online presence and campaigns!

Key Responsibilities

• Google Ads Management:
• Set up and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, develop effective bidding strategies, and provide ROI-based reporting.
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
• Plan and execute a variety of campaigns, including traffic, conversions, catalog sales, and retargeting.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop compelling video and image-based ad creatives.
• WhatsApp Marketing (AI Sensy):
• Automate responses, implement abandoned cart recovery strategies, and manage broadcast promotions.
• Monitor template performance, delivery rates, and click-throughs to optimize engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and the AI Sensy Dashboard.
• Implement and manage tracking mechanisms via Google Tag Manager and Pixel to ensure accurate data collection.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is preferred.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing tools (such as AI Sensy or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report on campaign performance.
• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
