Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, professional emails, and LinkedIn outreach to pitch our advertising services.
- Client acquisition: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and suggest tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Social Media,Website, Branding).
- Sales pipeline management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital advertising shifts to provide valuable insights to potential clients.
- Follow-up & coordination: Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with warm leads and coordinate with the internal creative team to prepare service proposals.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, and lead statuses in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools to track daily progress.
- Brand Representation: Act as the primary point of contact and represent the company's values and expertise professionally during all client interactions.
