Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning: Build and execute integrated digital
marketing plans aligned with business goals (brand awareness, lead gen, partnerships,
product launches).
Performance Marketing (Paid): Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google
Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (if relevant) and other platforms; improve CAC, CPL, CTR,
and conversion rates.
SEO & Content Growth: Drive organic growth through SEO planning (keyword
research, on-page optimization, content briefs, technical coordination) and
performance content strategy.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Own landing page performance, conversion
rate optimization (CRO), lead capture flows, and nurture journeys.
Email Marketing & Automation: Plan segmentation, drip campaigns, newsletters, and
product/industry updates using tools like HubSpot/Mailchimp or similar.
Social Media & Brand Presence: Strengthen Sustainiam s digital voice on channels
like LinkedIn and Twitter/X (especially for B2B); manage content calendars and
engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and report performance using GA4, Search Console, ad
dashboards, and CRM insights; share actionable weekly/monthly reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, sales, and leadership to align
messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market execution.
Experimentation: Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and targeting;
continuously iterate based on learnings.
Market & Competitor Research: Track competitor positioning, campaign themes, and
industry trends in climate-tech, energy, carbon markets, and sustainability.Key responsibilities:
