Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Digital Presence

· Ensure consistent representation of the People Possible brand across all digital and physical touchpoints.

· Maintain brand guidelines and ensure cohesive communication across marketing, sales, and event initiatives.

· Support global branding campaigns and visual identity rollouts.

2. Website Management

· Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, brand tone, and lead-generation alignment.

· Collaborate with the design and tech teams to enhance UX, mobile responsiveness, and SEO health.

· Conduct regular website audits and track key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

· Drive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings.

· Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and optimize web and blog content for performance.

· Monitor and report SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush.

· Recommend improvements based on data insights to increase organic leads and brand reach.

4. Email Marketing

· Plan and execute email campaigns for brand awareness, service promotion, and event communication.

· Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.

· Track campaign performance and recommend improvements for open and click-through rates.

5. Social Media & Digital Storytelling

· Manage People Possible's social media presence (LinkedIn).

· Create content aligned with brand tone like thought leadership posts, success stories, event highlights, and team features.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders for campaign amplification and employer branding initiatives.

· Track engagement and analytics to continuously enhance digital storytelling.

6. Conferences & Events Branding

· Support brand visibility across industry events and conferences.

· Coordinate with vendors and design teams for booth branding, collaterals, giveaways, and presentations.

· Ensure all event assets align with brand guidelines and global positioning.

· Capture and repurpose event content for digital and social channels.

7. Lead Generation Support

· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align brand activities with lead generation goals.

· Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and email nurturing workflows to drive conversions.

· Track performance metrics for campaigns and recommend optimization strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush).

· Hands-on experience with email tools (Zoho Campaigns).

· Understanding of B2B digital funnels and brand-led lead generation.

· Strong written and visual communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

· Experience managing cross-channel branding initiatives.
