Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Drive lead generation for staffing and recruitment services
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and website performance
- Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy for brand positioning
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Build and optimize marketing funnels for inbound and outbound campaigns
- Coordinate with sales team for lead quality and conversion alignment
- Run email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and content planning ability
