What You'll Do

You will learn and implement CRM workflows using structured training programs and YouTube-based learning resources provided by the team. Beyond CRM, you will support day-to-day operations including data entry, lead list management, client reporting, email coordination, and other tasks that keep the agency running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of any work experience
• Comfortable learning independently from online resources
• Basic proficiency in Excel and email
• Good written English communication
• Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop
• Willingness to take ownership and ask the right questions
