We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who owns outcomes, not just tasks. You'll manage client projects end-to-end, run data-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize for conversions, and use AI tools daily to deliver agency-level results with specialist-level precision.

Agency Growth (Internal)

• Contribute to delivering and refining Osai Media's own service offerings
• Support pitching, proposals, and onboarding for new clients
• Help improve internal SOPs and reporting templates

Client & Campaign Management

• Own multiple client accounts timelines, deliverables, and results are yours
• Build clear, data-driven performance reports with zero fluff
• Apply the SMART framework to every client engagement

Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads
• Manage budgets with ROI discipline — every rupee must be justified
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

SEO / AEO / GEO

• Execute technical and on-page SEO with measurable ranking outcomes
• Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
• Build Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies so client content surfaces in AI-generated answers

E-Commerce & Online Sales

• Manage and optimize stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress, etc.....
• Drive product listing optimization, cart abandonment recovery, and upsell strategies
• Track and improve ROAS, AOV, CVR, and revenue per session

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Audit funnels and landing pages using heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral analytics
• Test and implement changes that directly move conversion numbers

AI Tools & Automation

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, SEMrush AI, and other relavent tools in live workflows
• Build AI-assisted processes that reduce manual work without sacrificing quality

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience agency background preferred
• Proven, documented results from paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and/or X
• Basic working knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress
• Solid SEO fundamentals with real ranking results to show
• Familiarity with AEO and GEO if you've never heard these terms, revisit your application later
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Comfortable building reports from raw data in Excel or Google Sheets
• Actively using AI tools in real workflows not just experimentally

• E-commerce revenue campaigns with documented outcomes
• Ability to write solid ad copy without waiting on a copywriter
• Marketing automation experience with any relevant tools in the market(HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / SEMrush certifications (good to have not a substitute for results)
• You've built or scaled something yourself a store, a brand, a project
