About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive specializing in SEO, automation, and analytics to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 7 years of proven experience in executing advanced SEO strategies, implementing automation workflows, and deriving actionable insights through data analysis. This role is pivotal in enhancing Veritis online presence, increasing organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads for our IT services offerings. The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and paid media specialists, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge tools and techniques to optimize digital marketing efforts and contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and familiarity with automation platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Excel is required. A solid understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is preferred. Candidates with experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the IT services sector, will be given preference. A bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically expected, along with a demonstrated ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and implement automation workflows effectively.

Responsibilities

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking. This includes conducting keyword research, analyzing competitors, optimizing website content, and performing technical SEO audits to ensure website health and performance. The role involves implementing and managing automation tools to streamline SEO workflows, such as rank tracking, site audits, and reporting processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and scalability.

Additionally, the candidate will oversee analytics and tracking efforts, managing GA4 and Google Tag Manager to monitor user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion metrics. Building dashboards and analyzing funnel performance will be integral to identifying areas for improvement. The role also encompasses optimizing landing pages for higher conversion rates and monitoring organic lead generation efforts to ensure continuous growth.

Support for paid campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, will be part of the responsibilities, with the candidate providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. Collaboration with content writers, graphic designers, and other marketing team members is vital to ensure SEO strategies are effectively integrated into content and design initiatives. The candidate must stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.
