Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India. The Digital & Social Media Executive would manage total digital presence of the company on internet. Manage & create posts with content generated within company, manage social media presence, Website & Catalogue.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in social media & Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of creative software tools to work on posts, reels, website.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in English & preferably Educated in English Medium School & University
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Communications, Social Media, Creative Design or related field is preferred
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and campaigns
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Run paid campaigns and optimize performance
• Track analytics and generate performance reports
• 3 years experience in similar role
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic understanding of paid ads and SEO
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of insights & metrics
• Excellent communication and creativity
• Experience in handling brand pages or agency background
• Familiarity with video editing tools (Reels/Shorts)
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet company goals and vision
