Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Ownership & Growth
  • Own end-to-end execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
  • Drive consistent organic growth in followers, reach, and engagement
  • Ensure each post targets high relevance, reaching 100+ relevant professional profiles per post (Job postings)
  • Develop platform-specific content aligned with business and talent goals
  • Track performance and optimize content based on insights
  • Lead Generation & Digital Performance
  • Drive month-on-month (MoM) growth in qualified leads through:
  • SEO optimization
  • LinkedIn campaigns (organic + targeted push)
  • Website and content marketing
  • Leverage webinars and campaigns to build a strong lead pipeline
  • Monitor conversion funnels and improve lead quality
  • Website & Career Page Management
  • Manage website performance: traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Optimize user journeys for lead generation and candidate experience
  • Ensure consistency across:
  • LinkedIn Life Page
  • Career page
  • Naukri
  • Glassdoor
  • AmbitionBox
  • Support SEO and content updates
  • Employer Branding & Campus Engagement
  • Execute campus branding initiatives across digital platforms
  • Support early talent attraction campaigns
  • Ensure consistent employer brand messaging
  • Reputation Management & Social
  • Own end-to-end online reputation management across platforms:
  • Glassdoor
  • AmbitionBox
  • Google Reviews
  • Social media channels
  • Maintain and improve 4+ ratings across all review platforms
  • Actively monitor, respond, and engage with reviews, comments, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Implement social listening practices to track brand sentiment, competitor activity, and industry conversations
  • Analyze feedback trends and provide actionable insights to HR, leadership, and business teams
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential reputation risks or negative sentiment spikes
  • Create periodic reports on sentiment analysis, review trends, and brand perception
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track key metrics:
  • Engagement
  • Follower growth
  • Leads
  • Website traffic
  • Sentiment & brand perception
  • Share monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing / social media
  • Hands-on experience in organic growth, reputation management and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms and lead gen techniques
  • Experience in webinars and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with employer branding platforms (Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, LinkedIn)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Data-driven and execution-focused
