Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Pune. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating web content, and analyzing web analytics to optimize marketing performance. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing team, monitoring market trends, and generating reports to track the success of campaigns and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1) Plan, implement, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
2)Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to meet performance goals.
3)Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
4)Plan and execute content calendars that align with SEO and campaign objectives.
5)Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform campaign strategy.
6)Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
7) Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
8) Email Marketing and Whatsapp marketing experience
Qualifications
1)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2)24 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in:
SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
Google Analytics
Content planning and strategy
3)Strong proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
4)Certification in Google Analytics and/or Meta Ads (preferred).
5)Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
6)Strong organizational and project management skills.
7)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
